There are a lot of places with Edison in the name around here because Thomas Edison had a home here in Fort Myers. Maybe one of these days, I'll take a picture of the house and post it here.

Beach Sand Sculpting Competition

My wife and I spent a few hours at the beach walking around and admiring all of the great sculpture being created out of sand on Fort Myers Beach. This picture is the first picture I took when I got there at about noon. This was the 22nd year this competition has happened on Fort Myers Beach.
